Team registration (8 pax) Early Bird (before 1 December 2018) € 6.350,-
Team registration (8 pax) Regular Fee € 6.790,-

** Each team provides his own skipper that will be part of the group 8 pax/yacht)

Extended stay, per team

This includes accommodation on the yacht only

Untill Saturday 7 September 2019, 09:00 am – € 500,-/ per yacht

The yacht should be returned to the base on Friday the 6th of September.
Please note this is for teams only.

Individual Registration

Not possible. Registration only possible via an existing team. The organization can be of help putting individuals in contact with participating teams.

Flexible payment conditions

First payment 25% from participation fee two weeks after receiving the invoice.
Second payment 25% from participation fee before 1 March 2019.
Last payment 50% from participation fee before 1 June 2019.

! Please mind that we insist on respecting these payment due dates. If not respected we’ll have to cancel your reservation without further notice and assign the yacht to the first team on the waiting list. Already paid terms will not be refunded!

What’s included

This ‘all inclusive’ registration includes:

  • Contribution to charity;
  • Accommodation on board Bavaria Cruiser 46;
  • Food and drinks (alcohol to a limited amount) during the organized events;
  • JCI Regatta registration fee;
  • Sailing federation fee;
  • All-risk insurance for the boat;
  • Technical support during the Regatta;
  • Tourist taxes during the Regatta;
  • Cleaning after the rental period;
  • Towel and bed linen;

It does not include:

  • Transport to Croatia and airport transfer to Marina (mainland connected);
  • Food and drinks outside events & personal preference;
  • Hire of professional captain, in case no one has a required licence;
  • Safety deposit of € 2.400,- per yacht, to be paid by credit card;
  • Extra rental costs for additional sailing days (extended stay);
  • Fuel (approx. 15 liters of diesel depending on the weather conditions);
  • Travel- and cancellation insurance;
  • Extra towels (€2,- per towel);
